Link to library resources: JSTOR

This guide explains how to create stable links to the library's online resources.

Access to Monash e-Resources

The Library's electronic resources are only available to current Monash University staff and students.

Linking to JSTOR

1. Locate the article in the JSTOR database and click on its title.

2. The article will open in a detailed view.
3. Copy the 'Stable URL' located under the article's title (highlight the link with the left mouse button and choose 'Copy' from the browser's Edit menu).

To allow off-campus access we need to add the EZproxy link to the start of the JSTOR link.

  • EZproxy link:
    http://ezproxy.lib.monash.edu.au/login?url=
  • JSTOR example link:
    http://www.jstor.org/stable/30204592

Completed link:
http://ezproxy.lib.monash.edu.au/login?url=http://www.jstor.org/stable/30204592
