Document Delivery: Password/login help

Describes document delivery and interlibrary loan service available at Monash University Library

Unable to login?

Access to the Document Delivery request form requires logging in with your Monash computer account username and password.

Reasons why you may not be able to login:

 

Library fines

The Document Delivery request form cannot be accessed if you have exceeded your maximum library fines limit. You must pay your fines before you can place a request.

To check your fines and overdue items sign in to Search and use the My Loans function.

 

Expired Monash computer account

If you are unable to sign in to Searchmy.monash portal, or a library database, your account may have expired. Contact the eSolutions Service Desk . 

 

Eligibility for service

The document delivery service is not available to undergraduate students. If you believe you are eligible but are unable to login contact Document Delivery.

Staff and postgraduates at Monash Malaysia or South Africa request document delivery through their home campus.

 

Other

Other reasons include expired student accounts or staff contracts. Please contact Document Delivery for further assistance.
