Describes document delivery and interlibrary loan service available at Monash University Library

Tracking and managing your request

To retrieve detail and monitor progress of any of your requests

  1. Log in to My requests to display these options

My request options

Select either

  • Open Requests to view any requests that are still outstanding 
  • All Requests to view all requests you have placed
  • Documents Received (Post to Web) - Documents that have been emailed, posted or exceeded number of days (14) will not be retrieved
  • Items on loan - Only your Interlibrary loans are listed here.


2. Click on your request number (eg PAC-1000100) to see more detail. You can use this information to: 

  • Check if you have previously placed a request for the same document.
  • Find the request number and/or check details that you originally submitted.
  • Send a message, a request to cancel or to renew an item
  • View your document - only if status = Document Sent
  • Monitor progress – Use message to contact Document Delivery for a progress report if you have not received your item within normal Turnaround times.
