in the database list, click the 'Add to My Sets' icon to add databases to your Clipboard. When added, the 'Added to My Sets' icon will appear. Note: The 'Search in database' icon appears if the resource is searchable via MultiSearch.
go to My Space, select My Databases. The databases you have selected should appear in the Clipboard.
click the 'Create new set' icon to create a new set. Give it a name, eg 'Business' and Save.
go back to the databases in the Clipboard, click 'Move database' icon to move each database to your new set.
The new set should now appear in QuickSearch as well as in MetaSearch
