Achieving Effective Community Engagement

Yulendj Indigenous Engagement Unit

The Yulendj Indigenous Engagement Unit supports Indigenous students and staff in their education and employment aspirations.

Located on the Clayton campus, Yulendj has several academic support programs in place to make sure students achieve their best and enjoy their time at University. The Elder-in-residence, Aunty Diane Singh, sits within the Unit.

Gukwonderuk Indigenous Engagement

The Indigenous health Gukwonderuk Unit, within the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing & Health Sciences, supports students by providing subject-relevant resources and a student lounge.
