    Welcome to the Chinese studies library guide. This guide directs you to print and electronic resources that are useful for students, researchers and teaching staff in the area of Chinese studies. The strengths of the Chinese studies collection are: contemporary literature of China, Politics and government of China and Taiwan, religious studies , especially Tibetan Buddhism, culture and customs of China, history of China's Northwestern region, language studies and translation.

    Chinese language print materials are held in the Asian Studies Research Collection (Matheson Library, Clayton).

    English-language materials relating to Chinese studies are mainly held in the General Collecion, Mathesion Library and the Caulfield library.
