Rule:

[#] A. A. Author, “Title of Report,” Abbreviated Name of Company or Institution, City, State, Country, Report Number, year.

Example:

[1] P. Cunningham and B. Smyth, "A comparison of model-based and incremental case-based approaches to electronic fault diagnosis," Dept. Comput. Sci., Trinity College Dublin, Dublin, Ireland, Tech. Rep. TCDCS-94-21, 1994.

Guidelines:

All references end with a full stop.

Check that you are using the standard abbreviations for reports.

Rule:

Example:

Guidelines:

All references end with a full stop, unless the reference ends with a URL.
