Library Search (original): Journal search

The A-Z ejournals link provides an alphabetical list of journal titles that are available electronically. With this list you can:

• Browse journal titles by their first letter
• Search journal titles using their full name, abbreviations and keywords.

Journal titles are displayed in the same format as the rest of the search results so you can:

• connect to the the relevant online resources via the View It tab
• view details about the journal via the Details tab
• check print (phsical copies) holdings via the Get It tab
• add tags and reviews via the Reviews & Tags tab

To find if a particular journal title is available in the Library, follow these three simple steps:

1. Type the name of the journal you wish to find into the Library Search box.
2. Under the Refine results left panel, use the Journal resource type facet to refine the search results
3. Find the journal title and check its availabiity

Tips:

• Facets are very useful for narrowing down your search results according to material types, publication dates, locations and more
• You may need to click on the “More options” link to bring up a complete list of facets
• The Locations tab lists the places where this journal is physcially held if it is available in print form
• The Links box inside the Details tab lists the Library’s subscriptions to the title and is ordered by date

1. Select Advanced search
2. Select in the title... contains
3. Type journal title keywords
4. In Material Type select Journals
5. Click Go
