Before citing legal resources, please refer to your faculty  requirements for legal citations (ask the chief examiner for the unit) and choose ONE of the following options

  • In Australia, the recommended resource to use for citing legal resources is the Australian guide to legal citation (AGLC):
    • Melbourne University Law Review Association, & Melbourne Journal of International Law. (2018). Australian guide to legal citation (4th ed.). Melbourne University Law Review Association.
