Using this guide

This guide introduces you to physical and online information, resources and tools. They have all been carefully selected to help you study or research Chinese Studies at Monash.

The guide will also help you to develop your skills in finding useful material.

For Chinese, physical materials such as books and other printed publications are mostly held in the Asian Collections (Level 1, Matheson Library, Clayton). These consist of material acquired from mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Topics include contemporary Chinese literature, Tibetan studies, religious studies and translation studies.

English-language materials relating to Chinese studies are mainly held in the General Collection at Matheson (Clayton) and Caulfield libraries.
