Using this guide

This guide introduces you to physical and online information, resources and tools. They have all been carefully selected to help you study or research Korean Studies at Monash.

The guide will also help you to develop your skills in finding useful material.

Our Korean language collection is the largest academic Korean collection in Australia. Physical materials such as books and other printed publications are mostly held in the Asian Collections (Level 1, Matheson Library, Clayton). They focus on the history of modern Korea and contemporary Korean society, economics, politics, women’s studies, popular culture, music, literature, language and linguistics.

English-language materials relating to Korean studies are mainly held in the General Collection at Matheson Library (Clayton).
